My experience at TRG23: first time at Tarugo Conf

Hello everyone! Today I want to share my experience at TRG23, previously known as Tarugo Conf. For those who don’t know, it is a conference for developers and product lovers in technology. It was created by David Bonilla, who had the idea of bringing together the subscribers of his newsletter in an event.

Despite the years I’ve been subscribed to his newsletter, I had never been able to attend before. But this year, finally, I had the opportunity to do so… and it was amazing!

TRG23 Conference

Honestly, I haven’t seen such a good conference in all aspects. The talks are top-notch and the technical means are up to par. One of the most outstanding moments was undoubtedly the opening talk by Chema Alonso, a renowned hacker and current member of Telefónica.

Chema Alonso at TRG23

Chema Alonso talked to us about the challenges that Artificial Intelligence, and more specifically generative models, are facing. From hallucination to the security breaches it can cause, he offered us a very complete and detailed vision of these emerging problems.

Furthermore, the games organized encourage participation from all attendees, and of course, the networking activities are exceptional.

But if there’s one thing I can’t forget to mention, it’s the food. It was delicious! Especially the octopus, what a treat!

Without a doubt, if I have the opportunity, I will repeat next year… and I will try by all means. If you’re passionate about technology, I recommend that you don’t miss the next TRG24. See you there!
